The Frankfort Lions distributed food to twenty-five families in need on 22 Dec 2012. A pride of Lions arrived at the Stratton house by 8:45 a.m. to pick up destinations and the food.
The Pride helped everyone load the bags into car trunks and pickup trucks. By 9:05 the caravan of cars loaded with food were in transport to neighborhoods in and around Frankfort. By 10:00 a.m most of the Pride had returned home filled with joy for having completed one of their most feel-good projects of the year.
Want to share in the joy, join a Lions Club near you. If you live in Frankfort and want to join us click on the officers page and call one of the Lions for how to become involved.
